Both the cameras support 4K photography and video recording and have been priced at Rs.45,990 and Rs.58,990 respectively. The cameras will be part of Panasonic's Lumix range.

Panasonic's new cameras can extract 8-megapixel frames from 4K video footage, claims the company. Both the cameras come with features like 4K Burst Shooting, 4K Burst S/S (Start/Stop) and 4K Pre-burst. They support Wi-Fi connectivity for instant photo sharing.
"We see immense potential in the Indian market for the possibilities of 4K images and videos, as ultra high definition 4K is trending across the global camera landscape, and poised to replace full HD shooting.
