It's no secret that Google knows a lot about you, but most of the users don't know how much is a lot. Google's making it easier for you to know with its My Activity website. With My Activity website Google's is giving you an option to check and control how much information you send over to the Google database.
My Activity site shows everything that Google is keeping a track of. To keep it short, it's everything that you do on your Android phone and any browser where you have logged in with a Google account.
The activity website looks more like a timeline of everything that you do everyday, day after day. The page stores logs of when you used your phone to do what at a specific time or what were you doing at a specific time on your web browser.
In simpler words, the page shows you when you were using WhatsApp and when you opened your phone's camera. Before you worry, no, it doesn't have any more information than that. And this log is also exclusively available to the account owner, so no one else without a password can go through the list.
The website shows all the activities in a time-based bundled form, however, you can see it is a long list of everything as well. This bar helps you to know how much you use your Android phone, YouTube, Chrome, or any other Google service.
